As their regular sized bagel counterparts, our pizza bagels are naturally leavened with wild yeast and hand rolled. We allow for a 24-hour cold ferment for improved flavor and digestion, before they are boiled, baked and enjoyed!
How To Prepare:
1. Preheat oven to 500F
2. Slice pizza bagel in half.
2. Add sauce, cheese and your favorite pizza toppings.
3. Bake for ~7 min or until cheese has browned and enjoy!
